It’s Charlotte here, a commenter for the Manaiakalani Summer Learning Journey. Ka Pai on giving the ‘Summer Sounds Poem’ task another go!
I really enjoyed reading the poem that you have written about the sounds you can hear when standing outside. I think that it is very interesting how many different sounds you can hear when you listen closely. What different sounds do you think you would be able to hear if you were standing in the forest compared to your back/front yards!
It would be fantastic if you could include a video of all the sounds you can hear when standing outside! When I stand outside my house, I can hear the wind rustling the leaves and I can hear birds chirping!
Look forward to seeing/reading more of your SLJ creations!
Thank you Charlotte for taking the time to check my post and leaving a kind comment. I guess If I'm in the forest I might hear insect buzz or slithering snakes.
