Pink shirt day all started when there was a year 10 boy named David Shepherd and he was wearing a pink shirt and lots of people bullied him until 2 two students which were Travis Price and Chuck McNeil took a stand against homophobic bullying and they wore pink shirts with him These students bought dozens of pink shirts and distributed them to their classmates to wear the next day. They then shared the message to the world about what had happened to David Shepherd and then that became something everyone would do to stop bullying because a boy wore a pink shirt and pink isn’t just for girls it is for everyone because pink is just a colour so that was the story of how there became a pink shirt day.
